Utopia, it seems, is exactly as you imagined...
Developed from the short Dreams May Come, this quixotic new script by Tom Crawshaw toured to the Buxton and Edinburgh Fringe in Summer 2010 after development at the Tristan Bates Theatre and Pleasance, Islington. It was directed by James Farrell and starred Yaz Al-Shaater with a large team of other actors and creators.
"It's in the nocturnal world of the "lucid dreamer" that Fringe favourites Three's Company set their latest tale... It's very good indeed. Impeccably acted, strongly scripted and with a truly distinctive style, Three's Company have produced another highlight for this year's Fringe."**** Fringe Guru
Reverie is an enchanting study of lucid dreaming and a love triangle with a twist, as a young man watches his world unravel in a whirlwind of exhilaration and self-destruction.
"A stylish and well-crafted production" The Scotsman
It follows James on a bold journey to harness the power of his dreams and live forever. But once you've opened the door to infinite possibilities can you ever truly live in the real world?
"Such is the stuff dreams are made of" ***** AllTheFestivals.com
