Biog

Neil first worked with Three's Company as dramaturg and assistant director on the 2007 Tour of Play On Words. He is also confirmed to take on the role of dramaturg in their next project (to be announced soon), and will be collabortaing with them from conception to realisation.

Born and raised in Ireland, Neil went to college at the rather more exotic Li Po Chun United World College - a residential, liberal, microcosm of internationalism in Hong Kong - before moving to London for Central School of Speech & Drama's Performance Arts course.

Neil's theatrical history spans acting, performance art, dance theatre, writing, directing, teaching and dramaturgy. Recent work has included teaching drama at an international school in Singapore, and working with Punchdrunk Theatre Company and The English National Opera on a site specific piece exploring opera and performance art. A founding member of The Straight Acting Theatre Company, Neil recently performed in their latest show, Str8 Acting Vol. 1, at the ICA, as George Fredrick Handel - alongside Queen Elizabeth I, Dido Queen of Cartage, and a Mermaid. Upcoming work includes further collaborations with Three's Company and a devised piece combining opera, dance, music and narration.
